Located in an enviable location in Houlakia, Villa La Piscine is true luxury at its core, offering a microcosm of indulgence and six rooms of sophisticated comfort. On the entrance level as you enter the villa, there is a welcome area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. All areas have direct access to the large terrace with pergola and splendid sea views, where you can find a seating area and a marble dining table. On this level there is a bedroom with a queen size double bed and its own private bathroom with shower. The room has access to a private porch with lounge and sea views.
Next to the entrance level we find the pool area. Right next to the pool area, there is a large separate lounge, the main element of which is the stunning heated indoor pool, providing maximum relaxation space. The room features a built-in sofa, while there is a tall glass opening so guests can enjoy the unobstructed view of the sea and sunset while sitting in the lounge.
On the upper level there is a master bedroom with an en-built king size double bed and its own ensuite bathroom, which features a shower and bathtub with beautiful sea views.
